Teens in yoga class.
In this class with Nelly Majer, a registered yoga teacher and who is Pretzel Kids certified, we will use traditional poses and relaxation techniques in a fun and engaging environment, non-competitive games that will have them laughing, exercising, breathing, and relaxing.

**Programs Dates Revised: Tuesdays, January 29th - March 12th

**No Class:  February 18th  (due to Winter Break)**

Mats will be provided for class use
Program will be located at the Merrill School Gym
